Will I be able to review my order before I submit it? How do I know that my order submission was successful?
You will be able to review your order before submitting it. Once you've placed an order, you will receive an on screen Order Confirmation notice. You will also receive an e-mail confirming your order along with order details.
Will I receive a notice when my item(s) has been shipped?
As items are shipped by the Certified Distributor(s), you will receive an email with the shipment details and a shipment tracking number.
How can I check on the status of my order?
To check on the status of an order, go to Parker.com and select “Manage Online Orders” found under Global Support Center in the footer.
How can I change or cancel an order that I just placed?
Prior to the “Acknowledged” status, you are able to cancel a line item or cancel your entire order. Quantity changes cannot be made once an order has been submitted. Until the “Acknowledged” status, you may delete a line item and place a new order with the adjusted quantity. Once your order has reached “Acknowledged” status, it cannot be cancelled by you or by the customer care department. You can find your order by going to Parker.com and select “Manage Online Orders” found in the page footer.
I never received an Order confirmation email. Why?
A spam filter may be blocking the email. Please check your “junk mail” folder or “spam” folder in your email inbox to make sure that the order confirmation is not located in these folders.
How do I exchange/return an item?
Inquiries regarding your order, including returns and exchanges should be directed to the Distributor fulfilling the item(s) in question. You can find all of your order details, including Distributor information and Distributor Return policies by going to parker.com and selecting “Manage Online Orders” from the page footer under Global Support Center.
How long does it take to receive a refund?
Once a refund request has been processed, you should see a refund to your credit card in 3-5 business days. Please see the fulfilling Distributor’s Return Policy for refund details.
How are shipping charges calculated?
The freight charged is dependent on the weight of the product and the level of service chosen.
